Overview

Living Brightside Enterprises operates the Brightside DJs funnel for From Bedroom to Booked, the audio version, and the Wedding DJ Blueprint Founding Cohort. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your data.

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit through the order form, including your name, email address, optional phone number, order details, selected products, payment status, and basic attribution information such as UTM parameters, fbclid, and gclid when available.

Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

When we use Meta business tools or Meta APIs to manage advertising, reporting, or measurement, we may receive limited Meta Platform Data such as ad account identifiers, campaign, ad set, ad, creative, Page, pixel or dataset identifiers, ad performance metrics, attribution parameters, access tokens, and related technical information made available by Meta for those business purposes.

How we use your information

We use your information to process purchases, deliver digital products, provide customer support, send order-related emails, send relevant follow-up emails, improve the funnel, and measure advertising performance. Meta Platform Data is used to operate, troubleshoot, report on, and improve our Meta advertising campaigns and related business workflows.

Services we use

We may share necessary information with service providers that help us run this funnel, including Stripe for payments, Gmail SMTP for transactional email delivery, Google Sheets for lead tracking, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for order storage, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar analytics or advertising tools.

We may also use OpenAI/Codex as an operational and development assistant for local advertising workflows, API troubleshooting, campaign reporting, and code support. Service providers are expected to process information only as needed to provide services to us and not for their own independent purposes.

Data retention

We keep personal information and Meta Platform Data only as long as reasonably needed for order fulfillment, customer support, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, tax, legal, security, and business recordkeeping purposes. We may retain limited records when required to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect our business and users.

Email communication

Purchase-related emails are sent so you can access what you bought. Marketing or nurture emails may also be sent to people who request or purchase our material. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but we may still send transactional messages about your order or support request.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing kevin@livingbrightside.com. We may need to retain certain transaction records for tax, fraud-prevention, refund, or legal reasons.

To request deletion of personal information or Meta Platform Data associated with this app, email kevin@livingbrightside.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
