Overview
These terms apply to Brightside DJs websites, social channels, digital products, educational content, booking pages, and related services operated by Living Brightside Enterprises. By using our websites, purchasing a product, requesting information, or interacting with our content, you agree to these terms.
Educational content and digital products
Brightside DJs may offer books, audio products, templates, courses, coaching, downloads, and other educational material for DJs. Digital products are delivered by email, download link, audio player, private course portal, or another access method we provide. You are responsible for entering a working email address and contacting support if you do not receive access.
License and acceptable use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own learning and business. You may not resell, share, upload, publish, copy, scrape, or distribute our product files, audio, templates, course material, private portal access, website content, or social content without written permission.
Services and bookings
Brightside DJs may provide wedding, private-event, and related DJ services. Any event booking, quote, retainer, cancellation term, refund term, timeline, or service scope is governed by the written booking agreement or invoice for that event. Website content does not create a confirmed booking by itself.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices may be listed in USD or CAD depending on the offer or service. Taxes, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion fees, or other third-party charges may be handled by your payment provider or local rules.
Refunds
Refund terms may differ by offer, event, or product. If a product page or booking agreement includes a specific refund policy, that policy controls. To request support with a digital product purchase, email kevin@livingbrightside.com. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider when possible.
No guaranteed business results
Educational material is provided for learning purposes. We do not guarantee that you will get bookings, earn a specific amount of money, rank in search results, grow a specific audience, or achieve any particular business outcome. Your results depend on your market, effort, experience, execution, pricing, service quality, and many other factors outside our control.
Social media and third-party platforms
Brightside DJs may publish educational, promotional, or business content through platforms such as X, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other third-party services. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, moderation decisions, billing rules, or changes to their services.
Website information
We try to keep website content accurate and current, but errors may occur. Website content may be updated, removed, or changed at any time. You should contact us directly to confirm current pricing, availability, offer details, booking terms, or product access details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brightside DJs and Living Brightside Enterprises are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites, content, products, or services.
